The forum will be moderated by volunteers from the League of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown. The forum will be conducted under these general parameters: candidates will have two minutes to make opening remarks, one minute to respond to questions, one minute to respond to an opponent's answer if the candidate was directly addressed, and two minutes for closing remarks. Questions from the sponsoring organizations will be collected ahead of time and will be asked by the moderator. Questions will also be posed by people attending the event.
